Paciarino is a feeling before it is a place. It embodies the joy of simple food, prepared with care, reflecting the essence of Italian cuisine. Our journey began in Milano and found its way to Portland, Maine, where Italian tradition discovered a home far from home. We built a kitchen focused on handmade pasta, honest flavors, and the belief that good food doesn’t need to shout — it just needs to be true.
Today, our journey continues in Crete, where we embrace the local Cretan ingredients — olive oil, vegetables, herbs, and seafood — and prepare them in the Italian way. Here, surrounded by the Mediterranean, we taste Italy in every dish.
